A humorous and unusual feline take on what seems to be a popular theme on FAA. On a tree lined city street in the rain, in this case, Paris, Monsieur Chat takes the place of the usual romantic couple and delights by himself in the rain under his bilious striped umbrella. Tiny French cars drive through blue puddles behind him toward L'Arc de Triomphe in this primarily red digital cat masterpiece!
